Accenture Interview Experience - Pune, 6 Oct 2016.
Hi all, I attended Accenture company which visited our campus in pune in oct
6th. This time Accenture had made some changes like direct interview for
CGPA 7.5 and above students and rest all have to give the online aptitude
test. As I have above 7.5 cg I was called directly for interview. It was a
very nice experience as she (interviewee) was young and asked me general HR
type questions.
As I am from ECE background she told me to write a C code for ASCII
conversion. After that to my surprise she asked me a question on eng
drawing. I thought for a while and said "Mam I am not comfortable with
drawing as for any ECE students its a nightmare ".
She laughed and asked some other C related questions and branch subjects.
Finally she asked me do you have any question for me, I asked her "being
from an IT sector why did you ask me ENG DRAWING question " ? She replied I
was just checking what would you do when an out of syllabus question is
asked and you correctly tackled that question.
After sometime she directly forwarded me to HR where he asked how was your
1st interview and all Naukriindia.in HR questions. I answered all confidently and
at the evening result was announced and I was selected.
One main point every one should learn that you should be very much fluent in
your English and full of confidence. For any relocation type question always
say YES.
Always ask question to them as it creates a good impression on them.
If you are not selected don't lose hopes as 1st step is always hard and you
never know what will be your position after 10 years so keep a faith in
yourself.
