HSBC GLTi Interview - S.N.D.T. Mumbai, November 2, 2016
Hi, First, all the best to people appearing for placements.
HSBC GLTi had come to our college for campus recruitment. ther were 2
colleges participating including ours. we were around 150-180 students.
It started with aptitude test. It had 4 sections:
verbal:had comprehensions which had blanks and 4 options were given had to
select the best that filled the blank
logic,maths:simple questions.
attention to details: it had questions like
12333333 1233333 12333333
which is different(odd man out)?
technical:90% questions on datastructures
1st 3 sections were very simple R.S aggarwal is enough
study hard for technical stuff
time given was enough. i finished the paper before time
very few people got eliminated from aptitude
next was technical interview:
it was tuff
first question on project , technical details, any lot many
be prepared with it very well.. dey go in deep
next set of question from resume. be sure whatever u write in your cv u know
it very well.
i was given some situations like: if your boss asks you to give customer
details to xyz firm, what will you do?
project deadline is near and lot of quality work is remaining what will u
do, go for documentation or quality?
i cleared this round though i gave only 75%, but honestly. if u dont know u
must say it. but attempt is also very important.
next was hr
he asked simple questions.
why science,why engineering,why computer science. about relocation
finally got results i was one of 31 students who got selected!!!!!
people this was my 5th company, and finally got one.
it is ur luck and hardwork both..
dont loose hope.
