KENEXA PATTERN - 30 OCT 2016 - VISAKHAPATNAM

Kenexa has 4 levels of interview test. 1st there was a ppt. In ppt they told
that they r going 2 launch new branch in Visakhapatnam.
THERE IS NEGATIVE MARKING OF 1/4th MARKS.
1st there was written test on Aptitude consisting of 50questions. Out of 50
questions there r 20 to 25 question from puzzles from rs agrawal (models).
this puzzles r very tough and time consuming. remaining r from quants and
maths,. problems on A.P (arthimetic progressions), G.P, profit and loss,
partnership, hights and distances, and some more. This is also tough one.
There is 1hour break for 2nd test. The persons who qualify in 1st exam will
go 4 2nd level. 2nd level is technical. questions from C and JAVA.
3rd level is technical interview and 4th was HR.
