CMC limited - VNR ,hyderabad ,april7,2016

This is Rajesh.
I attended for cmc off campus drive on apr 7 ,2016 .
I cleared all rounds and finally i got selected for cmc.
So i want to share my experience with you guys.
First of all thanks to NAUKRIINDIA.IN site ,who gave me a lot of stuff for
written&technical .
the process is
1.Aptitude written
2.Tech written
3.Tech interview
4.HR interview
5.Psychometric test
As usual we attended 1200 members out of thm 13 members are selected for
job.
In the first written rnd consists of 45 bits (arithmtic+reasoning+eng+data
sufficiency) in 45 min.
After this session immediatly after tech wrtn 46 bits 45 mins
These two rnds r so important .they wl decide our job .
In my experience arthmetic written is very tough bits but i covered little
better
And tech wrtn is also little tough some previous papers bits also came.
Among 1200 members 30 members r cleared these 2 rnds.
Next tech interview .
Generally basics only .this rnd is purely depend on us .
In my rnd
Interviewer: tell me abt urself?
me : i told........browsing internet,listenig music
Interviewer : browsing wt?
me : NAUKRIINDIA.IN ,ROSEINDIA,FACEBOOK,RAAGA,SOUTHMP3.
Interviewer :well wts favourite sub???(more thn 3)
me : c,c++,java,oracle
nw he asked me various qsns covering all those subjects
wt i told.
sme sample qsns r :::
wt is normalization?
wt is polymorpism??
wt is virtualisation?
wt is indexes?
like this aound 45 mins my TR going on .
friends those who r from cse it background please prepare normalisation very
very very imp .just if u wnt to knw these concepts pls download vedioes in
you tube.
And finally i cleared ths rnd successfully
Among 30 mem 22 are cleared TR rnd
Now hr round its so easy general qsns ,abt cmpany profile
In 22 we 15 mem r cleared hr rnd also
Now last rnd is pscyometric test .
Actually no body knows abt this rnd .wt to prepare fr ths also we dnt knw
.they gave one day gap and asked to cme to their office .
We 15 mem wnt and 13 mem cleared ths rnd also......................
I want to tell u wt rnd is this
It is 30 min duration exam .
It consists of 5 sub exams each 5-6 mins
All these r very very very easy but only thing is ur mind is working
accurte,fast ,logical thinking will be considered.

How many cols r matched (like a-A,f-F) ans is 2
Such type of bits they wl give u 60 u can ans as much as possible in 3 mins
I like this only all five exams .
So friends my advice is don't prepare any thing for this round just build up
confidence it wl wins u
Oh my god at final i was in the selected list..
Waiting & patience are so important actually i attended 5 cmpanys last
cmpny this one.
